1. Services Provided
Done Right Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile detailing services at the customer’s designated location. Services are based on the package you select at booking.
2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, which is hosted by Wix.

Payment is not required at the time of booking.

Payment is due in person upon completion of the service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Frequent cancellations or failure to provide notice may result in denial of future bookings.

No-shows may result in denial of future bookings.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service, customers agree to the following:

The customer or a trusted individual on their behalf must be present at the start of the appointment to meet with us and provide the vehicle keys.

The vehicle must be unlocked and all personal belongings removed before service begins. Done Right Mobile Detailing is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

The customer must provide a safe and legal location for us to perform the service.

Access to water and electricity may be required unless otherwise specified.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Done Right Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Unsafe or hazardous conditions at the service location

Vehicles with excessive dirt, biohazards, or infestations (e.g., mold, rodents, insects)

Situations where the customer is disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise makes it unsafe to perform our work
6. Liability

While we take great care in performing our services, Done Right Mobile Detailing is not liable for any damage caused by unsafe conditions, pre-existing issues, or failure to disclose important information about the vehicle.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
7. Refunds
Since payment is collected after service is completed, refunds are generally not applicable. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue on-site.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
Done Right Mobile Detailing may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” listed above.
